We demand excellence from our teachers who are typically fully qualified teachers or trainers with a passion for child development. They go through an intensive interview processs and must have completed the MindLab teacher training certification and assessment process. Our teachers are encouraged to support, observe, work with and recognise the ability of each individual pupil , enabling them to work at their own unique pace.

All classes are periodically checked. To ensure that MindLab's high standards are always maintained, ongoing professional development, training and support is provided to our teachers.

I recently came across MindLab. Very quickly I felt it had the same sort of "magic" as Montessori: wonderful quality games, well researched and chosen from different cultures, dynamic, enthusiastic teachers to link between the games and the child, an amazing philosophy behind it that nurtures independence, confidence and self discipline in the child.

MindLab offers children a great experience to learn how to function really well in a peer group. The children truly learn life skills that will effect them for the rest of their life.
