The purpose of the MindLab Olympics is not only to finish the year in an exciting way but also to provide our pupils with a chance to put the MindLab etiquette, teamwork and thinking skills into practice.

Mindlab Olympics 2010 at Grand Indonesia

The Mindlab Olympics 2010 which was held at Grand Indonesia was a great success. Around 500 parents and children turned up for this event. This event was opened by performances from the Wushu Club and Traditional Dance Club of Sekolah High Scope showcasing .

The next perfomance was by the very talented Kandank Jurank Group trained by the famous Dik Doank. This group used house hold materials such as pots, pans and buckets to play beautiful music such as the World Cup Theme Song.

The competition went underway where a lot of new games were introduced during the semi-final and final stages.

The winners and runners up recieved attractive prizes such as cash prize of 1 million and goodie bags, Mindlab Olympic Trophy and the Mindlab Winners Medal.

At the The MindLab Indonesian Olympics, we are expecting 300 partcipants that are between 6-14 years of age. There will be approximately 15 International Schools in Jakarta that will turn up for this Mindlab event. The event will not just be consisting of students from Mindlab as this competition is also open to the public.

This event is going to be carried out for the first time in Indonesia on a large scale, an approximate of at least 300 children plus parents or their guardians. Apart from the competition, there will also be some interesting programs featured during the breaks such as performances and a talk on how to increase the competitive skills in your child.

One of the speakers for the day is the famous Kak Seto, a renowned psychologist that deals with child development. The entertainer will be a young artist called Angel Idola Cilik and here will be a special appearance from Purwatjaraka Music Course.

This event will be held in EX-Plaza Indonesia, a mall that is always crowded by visitors from all the age groups. An opportunity like this that helps to promote your product vastly, is hard to come by, therefore a you should reap all the benefits and take up the packages to be one of our sponsors.

Every year, the International Mindlab Olympic games are carried out in different countries. The 2007 Mindlab Olympics was held in Spain. They became the International Mindlab championship host holding the event in the oldest University in Salamanca with a total 7 teams from the, Spain Hungary, England and Turkey.

This year they will hold the event in June 2009 in Italy. The goal of Mindlab Indonesia is to be able to send the winner from Indonesia representatives for the International Mindlab Olympic games.

The International friendships that emerged were heart warming, one little boy from Maidenhead brought his Harry Potter book and gave it to his new friend who was deeply touched. This is the first of many MindLab International Olympics.  Italy will host of the next International Olympics Finals and MindLab programmes in Scotland, Ireland, Poland, Turkey, Hungary, the USA, Far East, Spain, Indonesia and a number of South American countries are planning to send their championship teams.
