What does a franchise cost?

The cost of a MindLab franchise, which gives you exclusive rights to run MindLab programmes in a specified geographic territory, is £14,750 divided into two payments, £11,750 initially and second payment of £3,000 due within 12 months, should the franchisee decide to continue with their MindLab franchise.

Franchisees will need to purchase or lease a Renault Kangol van, which will cost approximately £200 per month to lease or approximately £2,000-6,000 to buy (including VAT). MindLab will provide the brand logo and livery for
the van.

MindLab will receive on ongoing royalty of 15% of student revenues from the franchised territory.
