MindLab Europe is currently recruiting franchisees to operate in exclusive geographic territories to offer parents MindLab classes as an after school, weekend or holiday activity for their children.
These are the steps to a MindLab franchise
- Potential franchisee requests a full information pack from MindLab Europe and reviews all material in the franchise information pack.
- Potential franchisee completes the Franchise inquiry form and returns to MindLab.

- Potential franchisee attends either a MindLab workshop or presentation if possible.
- A MindLab representative calls and has a detailed telephone conversation to answer any questions and confirm potential franchisee interest and experience.
- Potential franchisee has an interview with a MindLab representative.
- Potential franchisee spends half a day with a MindLab franchisee or trainer to experience the MindLab business and classes directly.
- Potential franchisee meets with their bank, if appropriate, and confirms with MindLab that the franchise is financially feasible for them and that they have made all necessary financial arrangements.
- Franchisee makes a deposit of £300 to hold their requested territory and cover the costs of a personality profile, provided by MindLab. The profile report will be kept confidential and only shared with the potential franchisee. The information will help MindLab align their training, support and communication style to best fit the franchisee.
- Potential Franchisee has a second interview with a MindLab representative to make a final informal assessment through the interview as well as answer any final questions and give franchisee feedback on their personality profile.
- Provided all interviews, profiles and feedback are satisfactory, MindLab will make a formal offer.
